Justin Oberndorf Appointed to Board of Trustees

The Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Foundation is proud to announce that Justin Oberndorf has joined its Board of Trustees. A dedicated educator and long-time supporter of PTK, Oberndorf brings over 20 years of experience in education and leadership development to the Foundation.

Oberndorf holds a master’s degree in Secondary Education and currently serves as an eighth-grade language arts teacher. His commitment to student success extends beyond the classroom—he has devoted his time and talents to mentoring Phi Theta Kappa members, helping them develop a growth mindset and expand their leadership potential. His work has empowered students to build confidence, embrace challenges, and pursue academic and professional excellence.

“We are excited to welcome Justin Oberndorf to the PTK Foundation Board of Trustees,” said Phi Theta Kappa President and CEO Dr. Lynn Tincher-Ladner. “Justin’s deep understanding of education and his passion for student development will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our programs. As a member of the Board of Trustees, Oberndorf will play a crucial role in guiding the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts, supporting scholarships, and ensuring continued opportunities for PTK members to succeed.
